What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is one 40-foot standard container (40GP or 40HQ). Depending on the size and packing plan, one container can hold approximately 150 sets of steel parking shelters. We do not accept LCL (less than container load) orders at this time.
What is the price per set?
The factory reference price is USD 280 per set for 40-foot standard container orders. This price is for reference only. The final quotation depends on your destination port, selected size, specifications, and current steel material costs. Contact us with your requirements for an accurate quote.
Can I order a sample before placing a container order?
No, we do not ship individual sample units. Our production and packing process is designed for full-container export only. If you need to evaluate the product, we can provide detailed photos, drawings, and specifications. You can also visit our factory in Yuyao, Zhejiang, China.
How long does production take?
The normal production lead time is approximately 3 weeks for one 40-foot container order. The timeline starts after order confirmation and deposit receipt. We will keep you updated on the production schedule.
What sizes are available?
We offer 4 standard sizes:
- 20 x 40FT (approx. 6 x 12 m) – Larger parking coverage
- 20 x 30FT (approx. 6 x 9 m) – Mainstream project demand
- 20 x 20FT (approx. 6 x 6 m) – Standard parking spaces
- 12 x 20FT (approx. 3.6 x 6 m) – Single-vehicle use

How do I place an order?
Orders are confirmed manually through the following process:
- Send your inquiry with target market, required size, and planned quantity
- We confirm specifications, packing method, loading quantity, and quotation
- Factory production starts after order confirmation and deposit
- Goods are loaded and shipped with follow-up coordination

What is the shipping cost from China to the USA?
Shipping costs vary based on port of destination, container type, and current market rates. As a reference, ocean freight from Ningbo to Chicago for a 40GP/40HQ container is approximately USD 5,000, with additional costs for customs clearance, trucking, and duties. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard international payment methods for factory wholesale orders. Contact us to discuss payment terms. Common arrangements include T/T bank transfer with a deposit and balance payment before shipment.
Can you customize the parking shelter design?
Yes, we offer design service for custom sizes and specifications. Our factory team can adjust dimensions, steel thickness, color, and other features based on your market requirements. Contact us with your needs for a feasibility assessment.
What is the material specification?
Our steel parking shelters use 2mm steel plate for the structure. The brand is Qumai, manufactured in Zhejiang, China. The product is designed for outdoor use and can withstand sun, rain, snow, and daily weather exposure.
